A legal operating system

Built by a trial lawyer. Run in production.

Twenty-four years in Texas courtrooms, then an appliance that runs the firm: documents, docket, discovery, deals, depositions, billing and trial presentation on one data layer, with provenance attached to everything.

Deal Center

Every draft, every turn, every hand it passed through.

One register per transactional matter. Each instrument binds to the same INSERT-only version ledger the redlining engine keeps, so status and pen-holder are derived from the record. Receiving a counterparty turn files it as a version, attaches the email that carried it, and enqueues the redline. Deal Center in detail →

Doctrine

Built for the fallible attorney on a bad Tuesday.

Not the ideal lawyer. Failure modes are inputs, not exceptions. Complexity under the hood, simplicity on screen.

AI proposes. A human commits.

No model writes a canonical record on its own. Every derived artifact carries its model, confidence and source.

Provenance is sacred.

Ledgers are INSERT-only. No migration destroys chain of custody. A production save and a delivery are two events, never one.

Your data stays in the building.

One appliance at the firm runs the database, search, mail, editing, transcription and models. Courtroom sessions never depend on the internet.

Early access

Running at one firm. Opening to a few more.

Small and mid-size litigation and transactional firms. One appliance in your office, your data, no per-seat SaaS. We will reply personally.
